Introducing the new Boeasy

In September we announced a new stage. Today we show what we have built, a platform that follows the sources of your sector for you and tells you what changes, with every data point tied to its origin.

In September we explained that Boeasy was leaving the beta behind to become a private platform for organisations. Since then we have said little and built a lot. Today we present the result.

What we learned in the beta

Feedback from the first users made two things clear. The first is that the problem is real: following what is published every day in gazettes, portals and databases, for several clients or several topics at once, takes hours that should go into analysing and deciding. The second is that finding documents is not enough. Anyone who decides on that information needs to be able to trust every data point and check where it comes from.

So instead of adding more features on top of what we had, we decided to rebuild Boeasy from scratch. That meant months of silence on social media, and it was a deliberate choice.

The work we want to save

A law, a public tender, a call for grants or a civil-service exam is published somewhere. To know whether it matters, someone has to read it, pull out the key data (deadline, amount, who it is for), relate it to what was published before and decide who it affects. That work is repeated every day and is almost always done by hand.

What the new Boeasy does

Every document, tied to its origin. A tender has a notice before it and an award after it; a call for grants has its rules and its resolution. Boeasy links those documents even when they sit in different sources, and says whether each link is confirmed or only a suggestion worth reviewing.

Every data point, with its original sentence. When Boeasy extracts a deadline, an amount or a requirement, it shows it next to the exact sentence of the publication it comes from. If the publication does not say it, you see “Not stated”. Nothing is filled in with guesses.

“For you”, with the reason in view. You only see what interests you, along with the reason it is there. And you can create a space for each client, each topic or each exam, with its own sources and interests.

Where you already work. Each organisation chooses how it arrives: a report by email, alerts in Teams, Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram, or an API so that its own systems and AI agents can query the same knowledge.

A library of your own. The publications that matter are saved so you have them to hand.

What is still under construction

Coverage grows by families of sources and with review: state and regional gazettes, grants, public procurement, auctions, public employment, and the activity of the Government and Parliament. They are not all at the same level. With each organisation we agree what it needs covered, and when a new family is ready we will say so here, with its date.

Boeasy does not replace reading the original source or professional judgement either. It helps you reach what needs reading sooner and check it faster.

How to see it

Access remains private and starts with a conversation about a specific case. If you would like to see it from the inside, request a demo and we will show it to you with your topics on a call.

These days we are also in Lisbon, at Web Summit. If you will be there, write to us and we will find a slot.
