A new stage for Boeasy begins in September
Boeasy opens a new stage as a private platform for organisations that need to turn scattered public documentation into concrete decisions and actions.
In September we close an important stage: Boeasy leaves the beta behind and starts working as a private platform for organisations.
It is not just a change in access. Over these months we have come to understand better the problem we want to solve and the kind of product it takes to solve it well.
The information that can change a decision, open an opportunity or anticipate a risk exists. The problem is that it is spread across hundreds of sources, bodies, portals and formats. Finding it takes time; following how it evolves takes even more. And receiving it without context usually moves the work elsewhere rather than removing it.
That is why the next version of Boeasy will not be a catalogue of plans that are the same for everyone. It will be a system configured around each organisation and the questions it needs answered.
From searching for documents to watching what matters
A company does not need to read more. It needs to know what has changed, why it may be affected and who should act.
Boeasy gathers, normalises and connects public documentation and other open sources to turn a fragmented space into a traceable knowledge base. On top of that base we configure AI agents that review new information on a recurring basis, apply each organisation’s context and separate the relevant signals from the noise.
Every result keeps its origin. When a document changes, we follow its evolution; when a signal deserves attention, we deliver it with the context a team needs to assess it and decide.
AI speeds up monitoring and analysis. The final judgement still belongs to people.
What changes in September
Open sign-up disappears. Access to Boeasy will be private and will begin with a conversation about a specific use case.
We want to understand which sources need covering, in which territories, how often and under which criteria. Also how the information should arrive: as a report, a periodic summary, by email, in the team’s working tools or through an integration with its own systems.
With those requirements we prepare a tailored demonstration. From there, the client can try the system, correct the context and provide examples of what it considers relevant and what it does not. That iteration is what turns a generic agent into a useful tool for a specific organisation.
The final proposal adapts to the coverage, the frequency, the agent configuration and the integrations required. And the support continues after go-live, with dedicated assistance and the capacity to study new needs.
A platform for people and for agents
Boeasy was born to help human teams, but business information is no longer consulted by people alone.
Many organisations are building their own assistants, automations and AI agents. For them, the interface does not have to be our application. Boeasy Data API lets their systems query Boeasy’s knowledge and capabilities from within their own ecosystem.
They are two ways of accessing the same infrastructure:
- A private platform for teams to monitor, research and share information.
- An API so that an organisation’s systems and agents can search, connect and use that knowledge directly.
We do not want to build a tool only for those who work in front of a screen today. We want to build a knowledge layer that the systems they will work with tomorrow can also use.
What does not change
We still believe that an answer without a source is only a claim. Traceability, documentary continuity and access to the origin remain principles of the product.
We also keep a simple idea: Boeasy does not replace the experience of lawyers, consultants, compliance teams, companies or public administrations. It gives them back the time they lose today tracking information and helps them reach sooner what deserves their attention.
September will not be the end of construction. It will be the moment we start doing it together with the first organisations, with real cases and a far higher bar than any demonstration.
If your team works with public documentation and needs to watch a specific area, we would like to hear about the problem.
