1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using Boeasy (the “Service”), you accept these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Boeasy is a service provided by BOEASY SOLUTIONS, SL (Tax ID: B26896530), with registered address at Avenida Reina Victoria 30, Madrid, Spain.
2. Description of the service
Boeasy is an enterprise documentary intelligence service that gathers, normalises and relates information from public and open sources. The Service may be provided through a team platform, configured agents and API interfaces for customer systems and agents. It includes:
- Collection and analysis of documentation from agreed sources.
- Search and filtering of publications.
- Custom alerts based on user-defined criteria.
- AI-assisted document summaries and classification.
- Artificial intelligence chat for questions about documents.
3. Access to the service
3.1 Enterprise access
Access to Boeasy is private and enabled for authorised organisations. Coverage, frequency, agents, integrations, usage limits, support and other specific conditions are defined in the proposal, order or contract applicable to each customer.
3.2 Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3.3 Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and act on your own behalf or be authorised by the organisation you represent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation.
- Scrape, crawl or automatically extract data from the Service.
- Abuse the API or Service endpoints, including by exceeding usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Commercially redistribute Service content without permission.
- Interfere with normal operation of the Service.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Transmit viruses, malware or malicious code.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Boeasy content
The Boeasy platform, including its design, code, logos and features, is owned by BOEASY SOLUTIONS, SL and protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Source content
Third-party documents and data retain their ownership and remain subject to the use, reuse and intellectual property terms of each source. Boeasy does not claim ownership of original content.
5.3 Generated analyses
Use of summaries, classifications and analyses is governed by the applicable contract, rights in the original sources and applicable law.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
Boeasy uses artificial intelligence systems to classify, relate and analyse documents and answer queries. Please note that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Boeasy does not replace professional legal advice.
- We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects about users (Article 22 GDPR).
- You must always verify information against official sources before making decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
Important notice
Boeasy is an assistance tool and does not replace professional legal advice. Coverage and availability conditions are specified for each customer.
7.1 No warranties
Without prejudice to warranties expressly agreed with each customer, we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- AI-generated analyses will be completely accurate or exhaustive.
- The Service will meet all your specific requirements.
- Third-party sources will remain available or publish information without interruption.
7.2 Exclusion of damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOEASY SOLUTIONS, SL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
7.3 Independent verification
Users must independently verify critical information by consulting official sources. Legal or business decisions must not be based solely on analyses provided by Boeasy.
8. Commercial terms
The price, billing, usage limits and duration of the service will be set out in the commercial proposal, order or contract accepted by the customer. Boeasy will not make charges outside the agreed terms.
9. Cancellation and termination
9.1 By the user
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at legal@boeasy.es.
9.2 By Boeasy
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we consider that your use of the Service is harmful to other users or to Boeasy.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
